How to create a campaign?

Creating a scattered pop campaign is an easy process, just keep some things in mind such as, it should be challenging, interesting & exciting.

  • Campaign Title- Give your campaign a catchy title that sticks to players minds, so they talk about it.

  • Campaign type(Scatter)- According to the total number of pops and the area selected by you, the system will scatter the mentioned number of pops equally within the selected area.

  • Country- Select the country where you want to create your promotional campaigns. Right now SooperpoP only allows users to create campaigns in India.

  • Campaign Description- Write brief explanation about your campaign. What prizes can be won, where the pops are scattered in the city something like that.

  • Campaign image(Banner)- This is the image which will be seen by all the players everytime they pop the pops scattered by you. Create an image with the campaign title, logo business images etc. It should be eye catchy. The aspect ratio of this image should be 2X1(rectangle) and the file size should be minimum 100KB and maximum 5MB. SooperpoP allows you to crop the image to the mentioned aspect ratio of 2X1(rectangle), if the aspect ratio of image uploaded by you is not as mentioned then some part of the image will be cropped so make sure yours is right before uploading.

  • Sponsor image- This is the image which will be seen by all the players everytime they pop the pops scattered by you. This is an important image of a campaign as the whole concept of creating a campaign is for the promotions of your brand or your product. It should be eye catchy, and informative. The aspect ratio of this image should be 1X1 (square)and the file size should be minimum 100KB and maximum 5MB. SooperpoP allows you to crop the image to the mentioned aspect ratio of 1X1 (square), if the aspect ratio of image uploaded by you is not as mentioned then some part of the image will be cropped so make sure yours is right before uploading.

  • Prizes - Every campaigns, competitions and contests around the world has winners and these winners receive some sort of trophy or something on winning. SooperpoP campaigns also has winners and they do receive real prizes. campaign creators has to allocate prizes that are won by players while playing the campaigns. These prizes can be anything according the creators (A café can allocate free food, coffee, shakes, ice cream etc. just be smart and creative). Creators can allocate multiple prizes to one campaign. There are different ranks of the prizes, the most expensive one is considered as the first prize by default.

    1. Prize image- an important image that shows what you are offering to your winners. It should be eye catchy, and informative. The aspect ratio of this image should be 1X1 (square)and the file size should be minimum 100KB and maximum 5MB.

    2. Prize Product Name- The name of the product that you are offering to the winners. It should be mentioned correctly and it should not mislead the players.

    3. Prize Product Description- Describe the product you are offering as a prize to the winners. Be elaborative about it and mention all the details correctly. Make sure your players know what product they are claiming when they win that particular prize.

    4. Prize quantity- SooperpoP allows campaign creators to allocate multiple quantities of prizes in each rank if they want to. (1 quantity for 1st prize, 5 quantity for 2nd prize, 10 quantity for 3rd prize and so on). The duration of the campaign depends on the quantity of the prizes allocated in a campaign. Once all the prizes are claimed the campaign is over and all your pops go away(no more marketing as no one can pop your pops). So be wise while allocating prizes and allot more quantities so the campaign lasts for long durations so all your pops are popped and coins collected which gives you good market reach. There is no point of putting excess pops if there are only small quantities of prizes allocated to the campaign.

    5. Prize Worth- Mention the worth of the product you are offering as prize to the winners. The system will calculate the worth X quantity(eg. prize worth 100 rs X 10 quantity = total worth 1000 rs) and lock that amount from creator’s security deposit. campaign creators are requested to mention genuine figure. If the prize worth mentioned for any prize in the campaign is found to be surreal then the campaign will be disapproved by SooperpoP admin.

    6. Number of coins required/prize- Mention the number of coins that a user has to collect to claim that particular prize. If the prize rank is low and the prize worth is less than the amount of coins required to claim that prize should be lesser than that of a higher rank prize. The number of coins required is multiplied with the quantity of the prize for that particular rank.

    7. Collection Point :-Select a collection point from the drop down. The name and address of a business or an Entity that is allocated responsibility to distribute prizes on behalf of the campaign creator. Every user has their own collection point that has to be activated from their My collection points page. Users can also add other collection points by simply going to add collection point and search for a collection point by its ID and adding it as their collection point (Please check our collection point tutorials for more details). On creation of a campaign an email is sent to the collection point for the approval of your request, then and only then the admin can approve the campaign. On refusal of settling claims by the creator or collection points, SooperpoP will settle the claims by deducting the claim amount from their security deposit.

    8. Click on add it button to add the prize details. You can add multiple prize ranks by repeating this process.

  • Total Prize worth- Total prize worth amount is the total amount of all Prizes allocated in all ranks and their quantities for a campaign (eg. 1st prize has 2 quantities each worth 100 rs the total worth for Rank 1 is 200rs. +2nd prize has 5 quantities each worth 10rs. the total worth for Rank 2 is 50 rs= so the total prize worth for the whole campaign would be 250 Rs.). This amount will be locked in your security deposit amount until the mentioned prizes are won and prize claims are settled by the creator. On refusal of settling claims by the creator or collection points, SooperpoP will settle the claims by deducting the claim amount from the creators security deposit.

  • Total coins required for the campaign:- Total coins required amount is the total amount of coins required for all Prizes allocated in all ranks and their quantities for a campaign and multiplied by 10 times. This amount is multiplied by 10 to allow more players to join the campaign and there are more coins to be collected which gives you more reach in the market. (eg. 1st prize has 2 quantities for each coins required are 100 the total coins required for Rank 1 is 200 +2nd prize has 5 quantities for each coins required are 10 the total coins required for Rank 2 is 50, now this figure(250) is multiplied by 10 times = so the total coins required for the whole campaign would be 2500 coins.) The amount of coins required to create a campaign. This is the amount that gets deducted from your vault. Once all the prizes are claimed the campaign is over and the remaining coins go to the Mega Vault of SooperpoP.

  • Pops- Players in SooperpoP collect coins by popping this pops. Pops are 3d objects (3d spheres) in SooperpoP campaign play. The total coins required for the campaign are placed in these pops according to our algorithm, the number of pops to be scattered depends on the number of coins. There are 5 different types of pops respective to their coin content value,

    1. Goldie: Goldie pop is the golden ticket to one of the first prize of the campaign. campaign creators have a choice to drop one or not if the 1st prize is only 1 quantity, but if the 1st prize has more than 1 quantity then the system drops one Golden pop by default.

    2. Mythie:- By default 5% of pops in a campaign are mythie pops. It gives 5 coins every time it is popped. (eg. If total required coins for a campaign is 2500 then the amount of mythie pops will be 125 and each will give 5 coins to the players everytime a mythie pop is popped)

    3. Dixie:- By default 5% of pops in a campaign are Dixie pops. It gives 5 coins every time it is popped. (eg. If total required coins for a campaign is 2500 then the amount of Dixie pops will be 125 and each will give 5 coins to the players everytime a Dixie pop is popped)

    4. Frankie:- By default 20% of pops in a campaign are Frankie pops. It gives 2 coins every time it is popped. (eg. If total required coins for a campaign is 2500 then the amount of Frankie pops will be 500 and each will give 2 coins to the players everytime a Frankie pop is popped)

    5. Crazie:- By default 70% of pops in a campaign are Crazie pops. It gives 1 coin every time it is popped. (eg. If total required coins for a campaign is 2500 then the amount of Crazie pops will be 1750 and each will give 1 coin to the players everytime a Crazie pop is popped)

  • Pop Quantity:- According to total amount of coins required in the campaign the system will calculate number of pops to be dropped in the campaign. This quantity cannot be reduced but can be increased while creating a campaign simply by typing in the new increased value in the input field next to that particular pop. The more the pops the more the reach. - Colours:- campaign creators can select pop colours of their choice by clicking on the pop icon on the left to open the color picker and selecting the desired color with dark or light shades. - Total Pops- The total number of pops you entered in the pop table which will contain total coins required for the whole campaign that will be scattered in the targeted area of your promotional activity.

  • Area- Please specify location and an area in kilometers where you want to scatter your pops. Select a location where you think your targeted players are supposed to hang around. Consider parks, Malls, crowded areas etc. for better reach) - City:- Type in your targeted city where you want to Start a campaign and click on search. The map will show the city as per your request. These services are provided by google maps. - Centre point- click on the map to select a centre point of your targeted area. - Area in Sq KM - Select area in sq km to creat a square area. The system will calculate the area from the selected centre point and display a blue coloured square on the map. Make sure the square on the map covers your targeted area, creators can increase or decrease the size of area and can also change the centre point if required. - Coordinates- These are the coordinates of the center point selected on the map. - Distance between Pops- According to the total number of pops and the area selected by you, the system will scatter the mentioned number of pops equally(only in case of scattered type of campaign) within the selected area. The distance between pops is the distance at which all the pops will be positioned by the system. The lesser the distance the poor the campaign, it is because the pops will be too close to each other and the prizes would be won so easily. And the greater the distance again the campaign is poor as the players won’t be able to find the pops easily and the campaign would last for long time but would not be interesting and there will be less chances of getting required visibility in the campaign resulting in poor market reach.

  • Disclaimer:- Creators can mention their disclaimers if they have any, apart from SooperpoP rules of engagement. These rules should not conflict with the general rules of SooperpoP portal.

SoopersimS SoopersimS

SoopersimS are 3D simulations that are rendered in real time. It is like an animated 3D scene that will be played around the user in a virtually augmented 3D world on the user's mobile device. Upload SoopersimS to send message to community, Education and training, Entertainment, to promote a brand or a product or pretty much like showing anything and everything in 3 Dimensions. SoopersimS can also be spawned at a geo location and in this case the users will only be able to view the object when they are at that particular geo location physically. The possibilities are endless.

SoopersimS can be created using "Unity 3D" engine tool, which is available for free from, Unity - Store. Unity is a cross-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies, which is primarily used to develop video games and simulations for computers, consoles and mobile devices. SooperpoP, as of now, only supports unity's asset bundles for soopersims. So lets go through on how to create and upload a soopersim.

If you already know or have been using unity3D, then creating soopersim is going to be a fairly simple process for you. You just need to create a unity asset bundle, which may contain just one or even more game objects that are animated individually or are a part of wholesome scene with graphics and aesthetics just like the unity's very own The ADAM series. From small fictional particle systems to creating the whole known universe, whatever a unity asset bundles can comprise of, could be a soopersim! If you are already through with how to create a unity asset bundle, please skip to 'Its time to upload your soopersim''.

-> Starting with unity3D

Now you first need to download unity3d editor tool from Unity - Store. Once downloaded, follow the instructions given here, Unity - Manual: Downloading and Installing Unity and you have your unity editor installed. Note to just select 'Unity components', 'Documentation' and 'Standard Assets' and either 'Android Build support' or 'iOS Build support' depending on the mobile device you have for testing. Anyway, selecting these 4 options would get you started and just in case if you feel like developing games, you can always go back to the website and download related and required components and start creating with unity.

Unity has a huge developer user base across globe and has its own Q&A site for questions and queries @ Unity Answers. Stackoverflow also has a good amount of solved questions which might help get you through the learning phase. Besides Q&A sites, the best place to land in case of any doubt or query is the unity's documentation website @ Unity User Manual.

-> Let's create a soopersim

First of all start by creating a 3D project with unity by giving a name let's say 'My first soopersim'. Now even if you don't need to build a whole game for any mobile device, the first thing you should do is switch platform to either Android or iOS depending on the mobile device you have for testing your soopersim and the one which you downloaded earlier. This will enable all the options available inside the unity editor that are available for creating a 3D animated scene for mobile devices.

Now a soopersim may consist of one or more 3D game objects. Unity does have basic shapes of 3D objects like Cube, Sphere, Capsule, Cylinder, Plane and Quad, but for creating complex shapes and figures like a house or a human figure, you would need 3D editors like Blender, 3D max, Maya, etc. 3D objects made with different platforms can be brought to unity and animated. To learn more about the formats supported by Unity 3D engine go to this link, Unity Manual: 3D formats

For beginners, it is advisable to search for ready made game objects at the Asset Store. Unity asset store is a den for great assets and pluggins for the unity tool. You can download the the game objects directly from the Asset Store inside the unity editor tool and from the download manager inside the unity editor's Asset Store, import the 3D game objects directly to your project.

Now creation of a 3D object is one part and animating it, is other. Get things moving now! All you need to start animating in Unity is explained @ Unity Manual: Animation

Also particle systems are a great way to give a visual treat. You can learn everything about particle systems from this playlist of the Unity's official youtube channel, Visual Effects With Particle Systems

Now create a soopersim using whatever you learned from above and get ready to show it to the world, on our platform. Once you have your soopersim ready in Unity 3D, create an asset bundle of your prefab by following the steps given below,

  1. Download an asset named 'Asset bundle browser' from the Unity Asset Store, which is a free asset provided by unity itself. Get it @ .

  2. Import the package to unity. For help relate to this go to

  3. Select your Object Prefab and assign it as an asset bundle by selecting new and assigning a name in the asset bundle window in the bottom right corner of the unity window. For help relate to this go to

  4. Now go to 'AssetBundles' window, if it was open already or go to Window menu > AssetBundle Browser to open it. Not click on the 'Configure' tab and locate your asset bundle there. In case if you don't see it, click the refresh button in the left top corner of the window.

  5. Now select your created asset bundle and you will see all the assets the asset bundle will consist of along details like size of each individual asset and the reason it was included. This should help you to keep a tap on your soopersim's assets, so that any unwanted asset do not get added in the bundle.

  6. In case if you have image textures, sprites and sound files as your assets, make sure to compress them according to your needs, as the display is going to be a mobile device, so a high definition texture or sprite might just increase the size of your asset bundle and might not create any difference in your visual experience. Size of the soopersim is equally important to its content. Cause a heavy soopersim may not get effectively rendered in some mobile devices due low or average device configurations and this could lead to your soopersim not reaching some SooperpoP users.

  7. Once you are done with creating and packing your soopersim into a unity asset bundle, select your asset bundle and go to the 'Build' tab.

  8. First select 'Android' as the Build Target. Next choose the output path and create two separate folders for android and iOS there and then select the android folder. Now if you don't know about the checkboxes or the Advanced settings, don't worry, keep them as it is and click on build. Once done, unity will have created an asset bundle at the the mentioned output path.

SoopersimS SoopersimS

What are SoopersimS?

SoopersimS are 3D simulations that are rendered in real time. It is like an animated 3D scene that will be played around the user in a virtually augmented 3D world on the user's mobile device. Upload SoopersimS to send a message to community, Education and training, Entertainment, to promote a brand or a product or pretty much like showing anything and everything in 3 Dimensions. SoopersimS can also be spawned at a geolocation and in this case, the users will only be able to view the object when they are at that particular geo-location physically. The possibilities are endless.

SoopersimS can be created using “Unity 3D” engine tool, which is available for free from, Unity - Store. Unity is a cross-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies, which is primarily used to develop video games and simulations for computers, consoles, and mobile devices. SooperpoP, as of now, only supports unity's asset bundles for soopersims. So let's go through on how to create and upload a soopersim.

If you already know or have been using unity3D, then creating soopersim is going to be a fairly simple process for you. You just need to create a unity asset bundle, which may contain just one or even more game objects that are animated individually or are a part of the wholesome scene with graphics and aesthetics just like the unity's very own The ADAM series. From small fictional particle systems to creating the whole known universe, whatever a unity asset bundles can comprise of, could be a soopersim! If you are already through with how to create a unity asset bundle, please skip to 'Its time to upload your soopersim'.

SoopersimS Create a Soopersim

  9. Now next go and select iOS as the Build Target and do as mentioned above.

  10. Go to output path where your Android and iOS asset bundles were saved and in case if the file does not already have an '.unity3d' extension, then rename the files to add an extension .unity3d(e.g. SpiderCrawling.unity3d). Don't forget to do this for both the formats Android and iOS, and make sure you keep them separate and recognizable.

SoopersimS Unity for SoopersimS

Soopersim (Real-time simulation) is an asset bundle that is created using unity editor as of now, this unity asset bundle is an archive file containing platform specific Assets(Models, Textures, Prefabs, Audio clips, and even an entire scenes) that can be loaded at runtime, unity asset bundle cannot hold an external script as of now. We don’t need any scripts in an asset bundle, therefore we will only be focusing on using the standard components provided by unity to create soopersims.

Collection point Collection point

Collection point is an Entity that is allocated responsibility to physically distribute prizes on behalf of the game creator.

Collection point is basically a business place on SooperpoP where players can go and claim the prizes physically. Every collection point has a contact person, which is the game creator himself who created activated the collection point. Game creators can activate their own collection point from their “Collection points” page. Every collection point gets its ID as the SooperpoP id of the game creator who created the collection point. By this every game creator can have one collection point as his own where he himself would be the contact person.

Game creators can also add other collection points to create games for them so that they can do their promotions on their behalves. On creating games on other collection points behalves, game creators can add the corresponding collection point's logo or brand image as a sponsor image in the game and select the corresponding collection point for distributing the game's prizes. On creation of a game an email is sent to the collection point for the approval of game creator's request of distributing the game prizes. Only after their approval, the admin can approve the game. On disapproval of the game by the collection point, the game gets disapproved by the admin. In case if the game is created and if the other collection point refuses to settle the prize claims to a player made by the game creator, SooperpoP, after thorough investigation, will settle the claims by deducting the claim amount from their security deposit of the corresponding game creator who created the game.

Adding other collection point is a fairly simple process. It can be done by simply going to add collection point in 'Collection points' page, then search for a collection point by its ID(SooperpoPo id of the game creator who created it) and clicking on Add button. On adding other collection points, an email is sent to the corresponding collection point contact person asking to approve or disapprove being collection point of the game creator.

How to activate a collection point?

A new game creator will not have an active collection point, to activate it the game creator will have to go to the 'My collection points' page from the overflow menu located in the top right corner of the web page. This is a profile bar and is only displayed when the game creator is logged in to SooperpoP via a registered account.

Click on profile icon > Click on Collection points > Add collection point.

A page is displayed with details such as, - Activate yours - Search field with search icon

This id is required to trace all details regarding the collection point. The ID along with game creator's password is required during prize and product claims.

  • Business type - This is the type of business the collection point deals in. SooperpoP has some predefined business categories and the game creator has to select from the categories mentioned in the dropdown. The game creators will have to add this collection point to their account before allocating it to a game as a collection point.

Type in the game creator id of the collection point you want to add and click on the search icon. System will check if the collection point with such an id exists and is active or not. The search is a single result search. One has to type in the exact sooperpop_id to get desired result. Once done the system will display all the details of the collection point such as,

  • Collection point id

  • Collection point Name

  • Contact person name

  • Mobile number

  • Alternate number

Check the details mentioned in the box and make sure the collection point is the one you intend to add, as an approval email would be sent to the contact person of that collection point to decide whether or not let you add his collection point to your list. The email is an authentication email where the collection point owner will be asked for an approval for letting his collection point to be added as your collection point. You can check the this status on the Collection point page.
Vault Game vault

Vault plays very important role in SooperpoP portal. Vault allows users to create promotional campaigns. If a user wants to create a game to promote business or a product, then they require an active vault.

At first the vault is inactive and contains 0 soopercoins. Soopercoins are required to create games. Hence the portal does not allow any user to create a game as the vault is inactive and does not have any soopercoins in it. On activating their vault users receive 1,000,000 soopercoins as an activation bonus. These soopercoins can then be used to create promotional games. A new user will not have an active vault, to activate it.

- The user will have to go to the vault icon located in the right corner of the profile bar(that contains vault, wallet, profile icons and log out icon) which is placed above the menu bar at the top of the web page. (Activation bonus of 1000000 soopercoins is received by all users on activating their vault for the first time only if a user deactivates the vault, the coins are taken back by the system and on activating vault again user will not receive it back. Please make sure that if you are going to make use of these coins then don’t deactivate your vault.)

2. Activate button - This is the green button located below the total soopercoins count. It is only visible as activate when the vault is not active.

3. Security deposit - There are three different values of security deposit mentioned here, 1) Security deposit total( this is the amount that is refundable when the vault is deactivated), 2) Security deposit in use (this is the amount of deposit that is locked because of a game is created and prizes are allocated worth this amount of money) and 3) Security deposit available (this is the amount of deposit that is available and can be used to allocate prizes in your next games you will be creating. If this is zero creators will not be able to allocate any prizes , hence wont be able to create games.)

4. Vault activity log - system will start logging vault activity when the vault is activated.

- Lets activate the vault

Click on activate button > Vault activation request > Type in the amount you want to deposit > Clik on pay with pay u money > follow the process.
